1. Order Confirmation & Delivery

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details.

If you receive a message stating that your order has been delivered but haven’t received it physically, please contact us within 24 hours of that notification.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct. StickGenZ is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

2. Product Handling & Responsibility

Once you receive your package, please handle your stickers with care. All items included in your order must be kept intact and in their original packaging.

If any item is missing, damaged, or altered after receipt, we won’t be able to process an exchange or refund.

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We strive to deliver the best quality — every sticker is checked before dispatch. However, if you believe your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Clear photos showing the issue

A video of the package being opened, clearly showing the label, order ID, and the damaged area

⚠️ Important:Without an unboxing video, we cannot process returns, exchanges, or damage claims.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (stickers and accessories), returns are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

StickGenZ reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any exchange or replacement.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after review and confirmation by our team.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update prices or promotional offers without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and graphics on StickGenZ.com are the intellectual property of StickGenZ. Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

StickGenZ is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from:

Delays in shipment caused by courier services

Unavailability due to natural or unforeseen circumstances
